It doesn’t matter if you’re the King of Sweden or the janitor at the local elementary school; do these three things and you will have a kickin’ personal brand.
If you want to (1) move forward, (2) grow, and (3) be happy, the only prerequisite is to accept what is. Plans made on the basis of what should be are doomed to fail. As a follow up to yesterday’s post about career top 10 lists, and all cute/shocking titles aside, I wanted to point out the real danger in looking for career advice in top 10 lists.
