		<description>Great post Jason.  What a fabulous concept, acknowledging that people have emotions.  I&#039;ve found it useful to help people connect with their own emotions and those of others.  When people understand themselves a little more and aren&#039;t afraid of what they&#039;re feeling they tend to make better decisions and get along with others more effectively.  Emotions aren&#039;t something to be afraid of, they can actually help signal all kinds of things that could use our attention.</description>
