Those “solutions” we can’t believe our companies bought? Those politics we can’t believe people play? Those coworkers we can’t believe got hired? Those aren’t wins. Those are failures.

Beautiful, spectacular failures.

This one night, we stop pretending. Instead, we inject a little honesty into our corporate lives… celebrate our imperfect humanity… and take comfort in the fact that we’re not alone in our frustrations.
