Wonderful job Elle and Jason. I love the concept of, “You’re the leader, you shouldn’t be here all the time.” I’ve always found that the most inspiring leaders are those who get out of the way and let their employees shine.
@Guy—Aside from leadership, there is another time when it’s appropriate to get out of the way and let others shine, and that’s when you’re lucky enough to have a costar like Elle!
