Fail Spectacularly!

Just like business books, except thought-provoking, gripping, and memorable.

It’s the end of 2008, which means that—depending on what sector you’re in—you’re either soon heading out for a well-earned vacation and dusting off your sunscreen or you’re currently “enjoying” an unearned one and dusting off your resume.

Either way, it’s likely that you’ll find yourself with some time on your hands in the coming weeks. What a great opportunity to catch up on some reading.

Here is a short list of leadership books that I think should be on everyone’s list this year. These are the kinds of books you’ll love reading because they’re awesome… and when you’re done, you’ll love having read them because you’ll find they’ve made you a better person.

On a scale of 1 to How to Self-Destruct, with HtSD being about as good as a book gets (obviously), these are the scale-busters.

Much thanks to all the people who recommend books at Flashlight Worthy… y’all are making me very happy!

Tonight I actually finished reading a great self-help book titled, “The Expert’s Edge,” by Ken Lizotte. I have been searching the net for other great books and am grateful to have found your site- I will definitely check these out.
