I&#039;ve consistently found that wonderful leaders and employees are those who understand who they are, why they think and do the things they do, and how their actions affect others.  Self-awareness and empathy are key to any leader wishing to connect with his employees on a deeper level.  Spreading peace and joy is about feeling great about ourselves first so we can pass it on to the people around us.  The payoff is happier people and workplaces.</description>

After all, the manager&#039;s boss might think that the manager is useless. 
But if you give away the credit within your team and position yourself as successful manager with your boss, isn&#039;t it like splitting your personality?</description>
