There are, however, a few places where I think changing the way we talk could make a huge difference in our ability to excel, both at work and in life. Here are three of those areas, and the new words I want:

So, you’ve got something you need someone to do, and they won’t do it? And you’re banging you’re head against a wall, trying to convince them of all the wonderful benefits that will accrue to them if they do it? And you’re starting to get frustrated… and maybe even starting to wonder about the intellectual capacity of the people working for you? Here, watch this:
