Positive or negative, always learn from your experiences. Experience comes at too high a price not to get something from the effort.
A: You’ve been rejected… now what?
Do you persevere and ignore it? Or do you stop and digest the lesson hidden in the rejection? Can you do both… can you learn from the rejection but still ignore it?
Of course you can do both. Silly question.
If you want to get to the heart of your mental and emotional issues, see a shrink. If you want to learn, learn, learn, take a class, or at least make it a habit to read something every day.
If you’re working with a consultant or coach within a business context, you should be focused on one thing:
results.
