I use a behavioral interview, and I find those “tell me” questions to be more or less a waste. Why? Because when it comes to things like social skills, I don’t care what you have to say. I care about what I SEE.

Don’t waste my time “telling me” anything about your interpersonal astuteness. SHOW ME.
