Business is always personal. Your job is your livelihood… that’s pretty darn personal, methinks. Yet, it is also professional. You do need to be able to assess situations free of emotion in order to figure out the best way forward! So, it’s both… it’s always both. Always professional, always personal. Always… profersonal.

If you run, I want you to do something: I want you to add a little distance to your route. A quarter mile, a half mile, two miles. Something. And when you run it, I want you to remember the extra distance we all need to go right now. It’s tough, it hurts, and as much as you may want to, you can’t quit.
