Business is always personal. Your job is your livelihood… that’s pretty darn personal, methinks. Yet, it is also professional. You do need to be able to assess situations free of emotion in order to figure out the best way forward! So, it’s both… it’s always both. Always professional, always personal. Always… profersonal.

Dress code is one of those issues that becomes a lot more manageable if you attack it honestly and directly, so stop griping and start having an honest and direct conversation.
