Fail Spectacularly!

Think you know who Gen Y is?

July 31, 2008

At Seiden & Associates, we’ve noticed that when it comes to generational issues, academia and the press don’t paint a consistent picture…

Starting with who exactly is(are) the younger generation(s) at work.

This 12 question, 2 minute survey will help us find out.

Why should you care?

Because when a “problem” gets as much attention as cross-generational relations gets, it helps to know exactly what we’re talking about before we start spending time and money on solutions!

Whether you are just starting at work or preparing for retirement, whether you are in HR, management, or a specialist, you have a vested interest in having your organization figure out this “generation” stuff. Some research that shows no meaningful generational differences between Gen Y and the general population. Other research shows a meaningful difference between… those born after 1971 and those born before 1971. Results, as one might imagine, are a bit all over the map.

What’s an organization to do?!

We’re going to find out. And we’re going to start by understanding who exactly we’re talking about when we discuss this “younger” generation.

12 questions.
2 minutes.

Big impact.

Have fun!

Results will be available this fall.
