Have you ever had the feeling that sometimes, you’re your own worst enemy?
Let me answer that for you: Sure you have. We all have had those feelings… and we’ve been justified in having them, too.
(If you haven’t, please stop what you’re doing and head to the nearest major university hospital. You need them to test you to make sure you actually have a brain. And a soul, if they can measure that, as well as a modicum of self-awareness. If you have all those things, then back and relax, because you are all that and a bag of chips!)
For the rest of us, the question is, what is it you’re doing that’s causing you to get in your own way?
Let me answer that for you, too: Oh, you know, probably the very stuff that you think is actually a good idea for you to be doing.
To be sure, take my brand spanking new Self-Destruction Aptitude Test.
(After taking this test, it’s best to avoid sharp objects for at least 10-12 hours.)
Have fun, kids!

Admittedly, it’s been a long day, but I’m not clear on what my results mean. I scored High, Low, Low, and Low. I’m going to self-destruct, apparently right out of the gate. That’s too bad, because apparently I’d do fine after the dust settled.
