Jason Seiden is an executive coach, author, and sought after speaker and media personality. He helps individuals master the art of leadership by matching their communication and management techniques to their unique strengths. He consults with organizations on how best to hire, manage, and develop such individuals.
Insatiably curious, Jason has always been motivated to understand the world around him. His mind is always on, making connections, hypothesizing, looking for alternatives. As a management consultant, it is Jason’s opalescent inquisitiveness that makes him distinct. (That, and his vocabularly.)
Tactically, Jason’s work is varied, though always focused tightly on leadership and communications. And regardless of whether an engagement includes executive assessments, individual coaching, team building, management training, communications planning, keynote speaking, or the implementation of more formalized systems (in hiring, performance management, or decision making), Jason’s style radiates both “front-row” insightfulness and “back-row” daring. These are complimented by a passion for solving riddles, incredible energy and initiative, and the ability to manage intense pressure. He has been called “A cross between Tony Robbins and Jon Stewart,” “The big brother who pushes you and never let you fail when it counts,” and a master at “The art of leadership.”
Jason is not the only one earning praise; his book, How to Self-Destruct: Making the Least of What’s Left of Your Career, has been called “Brilliant,” a “Winner,” “More useful than an MBA”, and—in a nod to his philosophy that learning is easiest when it’s fun—“Utterly hilarious.”
Jason is a frequent media guest who has appeared on CNBC, CNN, FOX, and elsewhere. He is an active blogger/vlogger and a contributor HRMToday.com. Jason has been quoted and/or interviewed in many well known print and online publications, ranging from CareerBuilder.com to the New York Post to ComputerWorld. His clients range from $7 million in annual sales to over $25 billion, and span industries as diverse as professional services (accounting, consulting, law), healthcare (biotechnology, outsource anesthesiology, insurance), and logistics (food distribution, freight brokerage, and trucking). Jason holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor’s of science from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and has taught at the graduate school level.
Jason is married to his favorite person in the world, with two girls who are—after any daughters and granddaughters you might have of your own, of course—the most beautiful, most loving, smartest, funniest girls you’d ever want to meet. And their bulldog, Lenny? She’s the toast of the town.
This is Jason’s website. Dive in, look around, and enjoy, and if there’s something you particularly like or don’t like, please send feedback to jason@seidenleadership.com!
