I'm learning that results come faster when I stop saying things and start asking things. I'm also learning that I get into less trouble (at work and at home), and am able to make my fewer statements more impactful.
What if you're worried that your question might be a dumb one? Ask it anyway.
What if people run screaming from you because your questions challenge people and put them back on their heels? Get a personal coach.
What if you can't think of a question? Ask, "What happens next?" Or "How did you come up with that?"
What if you don't get an answer? Keep at it.
Whatever you do, just ask.
